Dedicated to Ben Reilly

If you've read Peter Parker : Spider-Man # 75, then you know that Ben Reilly, everybody's favorite arachnoid clone, is dead. However, the Friends of Ben will not give up hope that Ben will come back to reclaim his life as an interesting and unique superhero. Marvel characters have been known to cheat death (take note that Ben was killed by none other than the original Green Goblin, Norman Osborn), and we hope that Ben will be no different.
We can still help Ben!
To help Ben's chances in any way possible, I urge you to join the Friends of Ben!

Here's how :

1. Write a letter to Marvel, stating politely, but firmly, that you support Ben Reilly and that he has shown that he deserves the life he has built for himself, and possibly his own comic. Don't whine, don't threaten. Don't write an entire book explaining why you like Ben. Express your opinion simply, and leave the editors to read the other Friends' letters. Send your letter to :

2. E-Mail me at bryant@uniserve.com to give me your name and e-mail address. You will get an e-mail message occasionally (but probably not often) from me. Please be honest. Don't sign up if you have no intention of sending a letter to Marvel, but in the same way, don't send Marvel a barrage of letters yourself.
3. Send no money! Membership to the Friends of Ben is free, save the cost of a stamp. You will not be required to hold a public protest, cancel your Spider-Man subscriptions, fast, or assassinate an editor.
4. Tell all your friends about us. Have any one you know send a letter to Marvel expressing loyalty to Ben. Include them on your initial message to me, or just send me another message stating your friend's name and the word "ADDITION". This will ensure that I don't send you a million copies of every message I e-mail to you.
