the FULL story behind Pisco (which some Chileans may not appreciate)

Pisco Sour

2 ounces pisco

1 ounce lemon juice

1 heaping teaspoon confectioners' sugar

dash of bitters

dollop of egg white

Shake ingredients with cracked ice; strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Of course this isn't the Secret Special recipie you'll be served in the Hotel Refugio Inaltulafquén, but we're sure you'll find it enjoyable
